You have 7 days after receiving the order to contact us at info@luneetrose.co. Please include the below information on the email.

  • Item to exchange for
  • Reason for the exchange

The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange back to us. LUNE ET ROSE will only assume shipping costs associated to imperfections.

We usually work with Fedex, but others can apply.

Tracking number will be provided on the shipping confirmation email.

Transit time is usually 5-7 business days. Order should arrive 5-7 business days after shipping confirmation has been received.

The shipping address can ONLY me modified the same day the order is placed. Any modifications after this will be assume by the customer.
